Adv. Oren Harpaz, a partner in the firm, recently acted on behalf of G.M. Europe B.V. in two transactions in Riga, Latvia. The company has recently signed an agreement for the acquisition of a land plot in Riga, of approximately 254,000 m². The plot is situated in one of Riga's prestigious neighborhoods and is designated for a residential project which will include about 350 luxurious villas, in addition to public buildings and areas which will include, among other things a lake front. The cost of the project is estimated at €25 million. This transaction joins an additional transaction for the acquisition of a plot of land of approximately 800,000 m², situated in the suburbs of Riga, which was completed by the company three month ago.
