Nativ Express Public Transportation Ltd., represented by Adv. Amit Gur, a partner in Yaacov Salomon, Lipschütz & Co., recently won a claim for over 10 Million NIS, against the Israeli Ministry of Defense. In the claim Nativ Express alleged that the Israeli Ministry of Defense is obligated to compensate the company for the transportation services provided by the company to soldiers, via its public transportation lines. The Nazareth District Court accepted the company’s claims in full.
