Kibbutz Afek, represented by Adv. Ofer Schweitzer and Adv. Amit Gur from Yaacov Salomon, Lipschutz & Co., won approximately 6 Million NIS in a claim against Mekorot Israel National Water Co. In the claim the Kibbutz requested the enforcement of an agreement that was made between the parties, in which the Kibbutz waived its rights with respect to 360 dunams of land, in consideration for financial an agreed financial remuneration.
