He uses his decades of experience, in-depth understanding of the market and get-the-deal-done approach to assist the firm\u2019s technology clients in developing and reaching their full potentials.<br \/>\nDavid specializes in corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on technology. He has extensive experience in venture capital transactions, representing both the investment target and the investment companies or private equity funds, in funding, mergers and acquisitions. He has represented publicly traded foreign companies in their acquisitions of Israeli public and private companies and has dealt with the Israeli aspects of the divestments of worldwide divisions by multinational companies.<br \/>\nDavid represents clients from start-ups to public companies in their ongoing commercial and high-tech transactions \u2013 including joint ventures, distribution and OEM transactions, complex licensing agreements and development and manufacturing agreements \u2013 and in their corporate matters.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">After graduating from Yale University (USA), David received an LL.B. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
