Yonatan Passy is a partner in the law firm of Salomon Lipsch\u00dctz &amp; Co., and manages the firm&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ysl-law.com\/en\/%d7%93%d7%99%d7%a0%d7%99-%d7%a2%d7%91%d7%95%d7%93%d7%94\/\">Labor Law<\/a> Department.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">Yonatan has a four-decade experience in all aspects of labor and pension laws, and is one of the most prominent experts in Israel in these fields. Throughout the years, Yonatan has been involved in multiple collective negotiations, taking part in drafting, amending and consultation to collective agreements, providing advice to employers and workers&#8217; committees in complex processes including recovery and efficiency plans, mergers and acquisitions, structural changes and privatization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">Yonatan has extensive experience in litigation and representation at labor courts, including in proceedings for injunctions, claims for recognition of employee-employer relations, tender issues, transfers from position, disciplinary and dismissal proceedings, and pension-related claims \u2013 including budgetary pensions and veteran pensions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">In addition to his legal activity, Yonatan is a member of the Working Committee of the Business Sector Presidency, lecturer at professional training courses and conferences, and at BDO Academy&#8217;s Retirement Planning Course.
