Amir Leibovitz is a partner in the law firm of Salomon Lipsch\u00dctz &amp; Co., and a member of the firm&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ysl-law.com\/en\/%d7%93%d7%99%d7%a0%d7%99-%d7%a2%d7%91%d7%95%d7%93%d7%94\/\">Labor Law<\/a> Department. Amir has multiple-year experience in labor law since joining the Bar Association in 1998.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">Amir specializes in all aspects of collective and individual labor law, and provides comprehensive consultation and representation to employer organizations and companies in both the public and private sectors. Amir is engaged, inter alia, in: labor disputes and strikes, collective negotiations, drafting and drawing up collective agreements, as well as litigation and representation before legal instances \u2013 including applications for injunction and temporary relief \u2013 and in mediation and arbitration proceedings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">Amir also consults in relation to employee recruitment; termination of employment and pension; employment of Palestinian and foreign workers; preparation of procedures; drawing up labor agreements and retirement agreements; ongoing consultation on disciplinary processes and hearings; processes vis-\u00e0-vis the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Ministry of Labor in relation to the Women&#8217;s Employment Law, administrative guidelines and the Law to Increase Enforcement of Labor Laws.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">Amir renders ongoing consultation on engagement agreements with independent service providers, service contractors, and personnel contractors \u2013 including in labor-intensive engagements \u2013 and represents in relevant proceedings and lawsuits submitted to the labor courts.
