Shai Granot is the Head of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ysl-law.com\/en\/insurance\/\">Insurance<\/a> Department of the law firm of Salomon Lipsch\u00fctz &amp; Co. and is a partner in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ysl-law.com\/en\/%d7%9c%d7%99%d7%98%d7%99%d7%92%d7%a6%d7%99%d7%94-%d7%9e%d7%a1%d7%97%d7%a8%d7%99%d7%aa\/\">Litigation and Dispute Resolution<\/a> Department<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Shai is engaged in current consultation to corporations providing them with legal advice in a variety of commercial aspects, and rendering legal representation to both local and foreign insurance companies.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Shai has extensive experience in representing complex civil-commercial and administrative law-related cases, including management of contractual disputes, corporate control struggles, derivative and class actions, tender laws, and disputes relating to real estate and the capital market. In this capacity Shai represents investment houses, brokers, underwriters and trustees, as well as directors and position holders in public companies and local authorities, in addition to handling professional liability claims of freelancers.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Shai also represents both Israeli and foreign insurance companies and their insureds in multiple lawsuits, including some of the largest and most complex lawsuits conducted in Israel, throughout the range of commercial insurance sectors, including Professional Liability insurance, Directors and Officers (D&amp;O) Insurance in public companies and local authorities, Product Liability insurance, Contractors&#8217; All Risks (CAR) and Erection All Risks (EAR) insurance, Banker&#8217;s Blanket Bond (BBB) policies, and more.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Shai&#8217;s considerable experience has accumulated, inter alia, in the largest and leading law firms of Israel, and along the years of heading the law firm of S. Granot &amp; Co. he founded in 2013.
