Guy provides consultation in commercial disputes, shareholders disputes, contractual disputes, securities-related proceedings, labor disputes and disputes relating to construction and infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In addition to litigation, Guy also provides current legal consultation to commercial companies and business owners in a variety of commercial, corporate and contractual issues out of a broad legal and business perspective.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Previously, Guy served as the legal advisor of Caesarea Development Company, rendering advice and consultation to real estate and development-related projects and transactions.
