Adv. Hanoch Morgenstern manages (jointly with Adv. Ofer Schweizer) the Firm’s Real Estate Department. Hanoch started his professional career in the Department and has extensive and diverse experience in this field.
Hanoch specializes in all types and elements of real estate, including entrepreneurship transactions, income-producing real estate, contracting and financing. In recent years he has been involved in some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the Israeli economy, including for residence, employment and commerce for a wide range of construction groups, initiation and holding companies, alongside multiple private and commercial clients.
Hanoch handles, inter alia, diverse topics: renders legal consultation to complex real estate transactions from land sale and purchase, through various types of combination transactions, partnership transactions and sharing agreements, to multi-layered purchase deals of projects or lands for entrepreneurship and development. Hanoch also provides ongoing advice to initiators and landowners in relevant issues, and consultation from the stage of land purchase through planning the transaction taxation, project design, establishment, financing, construction, marketing and registration and, if required, also its current management.
Moreover, Hanoch conducts the legal management and handling of real estate projects, shopping malls, commercial centers, multiple-use projects, residential projects, etc. where current management is involved vis-à-vis landowners, lessees, official authorities and public institutions from all of their aspects, including planning and construction, financing and marketing. Hanoch also provides consultation to entrepreneurs in the construction and marketing of residential, employment and logistics project. In addition, he renders legal advice in issues relating to the Israel Land Authority.
Hanoch joined the law firm of Salomon Lipschütz & Co. in 1990 as an intern, became an associate in 1992 and a partner in 1997.
