Adv. Oren Passy became an associate of the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co. in 2026, and is a member of the firm’s Labor Law Department. Amir’s professional experience started in 2011.
Oren has extensive expertise in collective and individual labor law, and he provides consultation from all aspects of labor law to employers and organizations. It includes, inter alia, drafting and drawing up collective agreements and labor agreements; representation and litigation at labor courts and other instances, including in proceedings for injunctions and temporary reliefs, as well as in mediation and arbitration.
Oren also provides ongoing consultation and professional opinions on a large variety of labor law-related issues, recruitment and termination of employment, retirement agreements and pension aspects; he prepares internal organizational procedures, and advises in hearing and disciplinary processes.
Oren has considerable experience in management and consultation processes vis-à-vis the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Ministry of Labor, including the Commissioner for Women’s Employment Law, administrative guidelines under the Protective Laws and the Law to Increase the Enforcement of Labor Laws. Oren also provides consultation and representation relating to engagement agreements with independent service providers, service contractors, and personnel contractors, including in labor-intensive engagements and in relevant proceedings at labor courts.
