Michal has extensive experience in real estate-related issues including close consultation to sales and purchase transactions, from the stage of initial consultation through negotiations to contractual engagement, including handling the entire range of taxation and registration.
Michal also handles the sale of residential units included in residential projects, and provides ongoing advice and consultation to companies engaged in income-producing real estate concerning lease contracts in commercial centers.
