Efrat is a member of the Real Estate department at Salomon Lipschutz.
Efrat is handling the sale of housing units of residential projects and others. She drafts agreements of all kinds, including sale agreements, lease agreements, TMA 38 agreements, sharing agreements, loan agreements, mortgage documents, etc.
Efrat accompanies her clients, both private and corporate; from the moment the agreement is prepared up to the completion of the transactions.
She also assists on matters related to the sale transaction, including dealing with the Israel Land Authority, the Land Registry and the tax authorities.
Efrat also deals with expropriation issues and provides legal opinions to various bodies, including conducting inspections and inquiries with the relevant authorities.
Partner since 2020, Efrat joined Salomon Lipschutz in 2009 as an intern.
