David is a partner in Salomon, Lipschutz Hi-Tech Department. He uses his decades of experience, in-depth understanding of the market and get-the-deal-done approach to assist the firm’s technology clients in developing and reaching their full potentials.
David specializes in corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on technology. He has extensive experience in venture capital transactions, representing both the investment target and the investment companies or private equity funds, in funding, mergers and acquisitions. He has represented publicly traded foreign companies in their acquisitions of Israeli public and private companies and has dealt with the Israeli aspects of the divestments of worldwide divisions by multinational companies.
David represents clients from start-ups to public companies in their ongoing commercial and high-tech transactions – including joint ventures, distribution and OEM transactions, complex licensing agreements and development and manufacturing agreements – and in their corporate matters.

After graduating from Yale University (USA), David received an LL.B. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He clerked with Judge Miriam Ben Porat of the Supreme Court of the State of Israel and, since, has been in private practice.
David’s pro-bono work includes chairing the Board of Directors of Akim-Jerusalem, Association for the Rehabilitation of People with Intellectual Disabilities.
David joined Salomon Lipschutz & Co. as Partner in 2016.
