Maher Dali is a member of the Commercial Law and Litigation teams and, together with Ayman Sabbah, heads Nof HaGalil Office. Maher also holds expertise in Torts and Labor Law.
Ayman holds extensive and proven experience in conducting negotiations for the purchase and sale of real estate assets, complex civil and commercial claims in the courts, including arbitrations and mediation proceedings.
Maher holds extensive experience in commercial accompaniment of large commercial clients dealing with a wide range of issues, and has handled complex civil and commercial claims in all tribunals, including Labor Court, arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Maher is well known for representing commercial companies in litigation proceedings, with an emphasis on complex debt collection procedures, Labor law, construction .defects and remedies, and more. In addition, Maher is highly involved in the fields of contract law, insolvency, and general legal counseling.
Maher joined Salomon Lipschutz as Partner in 2018.
