Raz Zffati joined the Crisis Management team at Salomon Lipschutz & Co. in 2019.
The Crisis Management Department is a unique and multidisciplinary department that by its nature deals with exceptional events that affect the organization and requires comprehensive legal knowledge in a variety of areas of commercial law.
Raz specializes in the field of commercial law with an emphasis on financing and insolvency proceedings of all kinds.
As part of his work in the Crisis Management Department, Raz handles various areas, including:
• Providing ongoing legal services and advice the firm’s clients in the commercial field;
• Handling debt claims and debt settlements in insolvency proceedings;
• Representation of officers (liquidation, freezing of proceedings, etc.) before the courts (including in the field of aviation and retail);
• Handling and drafting commercial agreements, including financing agreements; Providing opinions on diverse and complex legal issues
