Adv. Ifat Arinovski-Levig is a partner in the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co., and a member of the firm’s Labor Law Department. Ifat has been engaged in the field of labor since joining the Bar Association in 2003. Over the years, Ifat served as a partner in the law firm of M. Passy & Co. She has gained significant experience in this field already during her internship at a leading law firm.
Ifat specializes in both collective and individual labor law, and provides consultation and representation to employers in the public and private sectors on a wide range of topics: collective negotiations, drawing up and updating collective agreements, efficiency programs, representation in legal proceedings at labor courts – including applications for injunctions – consultation in relation to hearings, labor agreements, termination of employment, prevention of sexual harassment, inquiry of workplace abuse, women’s employment and equal opportunities.
