Adv. Maya Pirostela is an associate in the banking and finance department and deals with the field of banking and insolvency at Salomon Lipschitz & Co.
Maya represents banking institutions and insurance companies in a variety of transactions including, inter alia, mortgage, financing, construction transactions, and provides legal consultation for projects which encounter difficulties.
Maya also renders consultation and advice to banking institutions and insurance companies in real estate realization portfolios, from the submission of the initial realization application to the actual realization of the asset and the return of the entire loan money.
Maya has extensive knowledge in many aspects relating to real estate, inter alia by drawing agreements for real estate transactions, providing ongoing consultation in housing, commerce and urban renewal projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Maya worked in a leading law office.
