Adv. Orit Gilad is a member of the Administrative Law Department and is also engaged in the field of public authorities, regulation, and tender law at the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co.
Orit handles all aspects of administrative law, providing legal consultation and representation relating to the public sector and the third (voluntary) sector. It involves handling multiple proceedings concerning local authorities, municipal taxation, planning and construction, laws of education, immigration, occupational regularization, importation, and regulation. She also represents the Firm’s clients in statutory committees.
Orit has diverse expertise in the field of real estate, with over 20 years of experience in the senior management and commercial marketing of commercial centers and leading companies. She holds certification in the field of marketing and commercial management of sheltered housing, nursing homes and elderly care facilities on behalf of Bar Ilan University, as well as practical experience in leading companies engaged in this field.
