Shani provides extensive legal consultation and advice to corporations and private clients in all areas of the commercial and civil law, in a wide variety of lawsuits and legal proceedings across the different instances, including in banking and finances, contractual disputes and real estate-related disputes.
Shani was an intern in the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co. and returned as an associate after being certified in 2024.
