Narda Ben-Zvi is head of Salomon Lipschutz & Co. Hi-Tech and Intellectual Property departments and a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department.
Narda has over 30 years of experience in leading complex transactions and large-scale litigation both in IP and commercial cases. Narda is a tenacious and effective litigator and regularly appears at all levels of the Israeli court system, including the Supreme Court, arbitrations and mediations.
Narda’s expertise in intellectual property and her hands-on understanding of intellectual property transactions serves her clients well in the complex IP litigations, which she leads. Narda has set significant precedents with regards to the protection of rights to fonts and other intellectual property issues. Similarly, her in-depth practical understanding of corporate and commercial transactions is manifested in her canny, goal-directed litigation strategies for her clients.

Narda’s commercial and corporate practice includes structuring and negotiating complex licensing and OEM transactions, joint ventures, co-development and strategic collaboration agreements, and transactions involving the licensing or purchase of her clients’ IP. She represents her clients in venture capital and private equity investment transactions and in mergers and acquisitions. Her clients include public and private corporations that develop and commercialize software and electronic devices as well as communications, internet and semi-conductor companies.
