Adv. Bat-Sheva Adiv is a partner and Head of the Insurance and Torts Department of our firm. Bat-Sheva is an attorney, notary and mediator, specialist of commercial-civil law, holder of LL.M, and experienced in complex legal issues concerning insurance and related fields.
Bat-Sheva has gained her extensive experience for over 40 years of specializing in this field, first as an insurance consultant, then as an underwriting manager of an insurance company, and CEO of a large insurance agency (UMI), and a freelance attorney for many years. As the owner of a freelance office she successfully represented insurance companies and multiple insurants including attorneys, CPAs, engineers, insurance agents, commissioners, etc.
Currently, Bat-Sheva serves as Deputy Chair of the Tel Aviv Bar Association and as Chair of the Tel Aviv District Insurance Committee of the Bar Association. As part of her public activities she also serves as a board member of the Association of Academic Women, and volunteers in a girls’ boarding school.
Bat-Sheva has a rich background in representing clients in contracts, courts and arbitration and mediation processes. She acts with professionalism and dedication for her clients in complex cases and complicated insurance legal issues.
